Payment & Refund Policy.
Effective Date: May 27, 2026
1. The "Zero-Risk" Agency Fee Model
Notifire operates on a performance-first model. We do not charge an upfront agency retainer or setup fee. We become eligible to collect our agency fee only after the first AI-qualified lead is successfully delivered into the Client's CRM. Up until that exact moment, the Client owes Notifire nothing for our labor or infrastructure.
2. Meta Ad Spend
The Client is 100% responsible for all ad spend on Meta. This ad spend is billed directly by Meta Platforms, Inc. to the Client's payment method on file. Because these funds go directly to the advertising platform to purchase ad inventory, ad spend is strictly non-refundable by Notifire under any circumstances.
3. Billing Trigger & Ongoing Payments
Once the first qualified lead hits the CRM, Notifire will issue the invoice for our agreed-upon agency fee, which is due upon receipt. Subsequent billing cycles or performance tiers will be outlined in your individual Client Agreement.
4. Refund Policy on Agency Fees
Because our agency fee is exclusively charged after a successful result is delivered (the first qualified lead), all agency fees paid to Notifire are non-refundable. If a Client wishes to pause or terminate the service, they may do so at any time subject to their specific contract, but previously paid fees for successfully delivered services will not be returned.
