All new customers receive a 7-day free trial period before any charges are applied.

  • Full access to your selected plan features
  • No payment required during trial
  • Cancel anytime during the trial period with no charge

Payment and Refunds

After your free trial ends, your payment method will be charged for your selected subscription plan.

No refunds are available after payment has been processed and service has been delivered.

Service Failures

Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

  • Major technical failure of the AI agent or service
  • Verified service malfunction by Notifire
  • Features not working as described in official documentation

These determinations are made by Notifire's technical team at our sole discretion.

Situations That Do Not Qualify

Refunds are not available for:

  • User configuration errors
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Issues caused by third-party integrations
  • Incorrect setup performed by the customer
  • Unmet expectations beyond documented features
  • Unused time on a subscription

Subscription Billing

All plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

Cancel anytime to avoid the next billing cycle.

Charges from previous billing cycles are non-refundable unless covered above.
